We are proud to present one of our most ambitious projects: the development of Cygnus, a luxury villa with a high-end distributed audio system, a state-of-the-art cinema room and a breathtaking view of the parking lot full of collector cars. This villa has become a true milestone in the field of music and home cinema technology. A design by APM and Bondian where we have contributed our technological know-how to develop what is possibly one of the best villas in our country.

The Scena engineering team has worked hard to design and build a distributed audio system inside the villa. The choice of the Bang & Olufsen brand was fundamental to the success of the project, as it is one of the most prestigious brands in the market for high quality audio systems. For the exteriors we chose JBL speakers, allowing you to enjoy music by the pool or in the garden while relaxing. In addition, the audio system is designed to easily connect to a DJ, making it possible to organize high quality parties in the villa. This system is highly customizable and easy to use, allowing villa owners to enjoy their favorite music anywhere and anytime. The villa’s cinema room is a masterpiece. With a glass wall overlooking the parking lot filled with collectible cars, this space is designed to impress any guest. The audio technology used in the cinema room is what really sets it apart. The choice of James Loudspeaker’s Beryllium speakers, along with the Trinnov amplifier, ensures unparalleled sound quality. In addition, Bang & Olufsen’s Beolab 18 surround speakers provide an immersive sound experience that makes you feel as if you are in the heart of the movie.

The cinema also features Dolby Atmos technology, which allows for an even more immersive sound experience. Scena’s engineers have worked meticulously to ensure that every element of the cinema is designed for perfection, from the lighting to the acoustics. The end result is one of the most spectacular cinemas ever created.
