The Scena lighting team has worked conscientiously studying the many corners of the house, as well as its materials, to create the perfect harmony between avant-garde architecture and comfort.

Thanks to our programmes and the technology that we use for our lighting studies, we can place the different luminaires in the villa in the right place to provide the right light in each room at the right time of day.

We understand lighting as a living element that changes throughout the day, influencing our behaviour and the way we interact with our home, so our work has created lighting that gives this stunning villa a life of its own, adjusting to the needs of our clients.

Our solutions are not only reflected in the hard work on the interior, but also on the exterior of the house, where our aim has been to give a modern and transversal character to one of the most special places in this villa. Mallorca is synonymous with good weather, which is why we think about the many hours that our clients love to enjoy their gardens and terraces, which is why these areas must also have a meticulous lighting study to be able to bring to life these places so full of magic.

Complementing the lighting, the home is equipped with a Home Cinema in the living room for those who want to enjoy their favourite films with surround sound that transports them to the centre stage.

Architettura Sonora’s elegant yet sturdy loudspeakers bring our favourite music to the outdoors, while the rest of the rooms of the house are composed of a sound system that meets the needs of our clients, bringing their favourite music to each and every corner of this magnificent villa.

Last but not least, the whole house is controlled thanks to a complex home automation system designed by our engineering team, our Scena Home InTouch. Thanks to this system, our customers can control all the elements of their home: lights, climate, music, security… All this from the comfort of an application designed exclusively for them, having created unique scenes adjusted to the daily use of the home.
